(disclaimer: when I say "India" Im assuming some of their customer service is outsourced)
For years I have gotten phone calls and email from YSM saying "we can help you optimize your account, add more keywords, and make more ads.
I have said over and over again..no thank you no thank you NO THANK YOU.
Then today I got an email. It seems at this point they are not taking NO for an answer.
They have taken it upon their SELF to "optimize" my account WITHOUT my permission.
They added keywords AND made new ads.
And on top of that (just as I thought would happen) Many of the keywords do NOT reflect my target market AND the ads SUC*!
AND I AM PAYING FOR THE CLICKS!
Of course I just deleted them...but if you ask me this is outright stealing and an invasion of privacy!
I have spent YEARS and hundreds of thousands of dollars testing my ads and training for this position! And, they think they can just come in and beat my control on a whim? grrr m SO ANGRY!
They attached a spread sheet showing the changes they made.
