Yahoo shuts down Search Submit Pro

Yahoo just announced they are shutting down the Search Submit Pro service on Dec. 31, 2009. Yahoo was partnered with PositionTech to deliver this service.

An official notice:

"Yahoo! has decided to phase out Search Submit as an offering. Search Submit Pro Self-Serve will officially shut down on December 31, 2009. A refund will be provided for the unused portion of your account balance in January 2010."

This is pretty old news, I believe. This was announced in October.
