Hoping you can help me with this - just tried calling Yahoo about this but the guy didn't seem to understand a word I was saying.
I'm setting up a new account with Yahoo and so am just learning how the interface works etc and I'm confused by the ads.
When you are creating an ad you are given an ad preview of how the ad will appear - however I have tried searching in Yahoo and found ads that appear a certain way in the search results but when you type the same text into the interface to create an ad the ad preview is totally different.
I realise that features like keyword insertion can alter the length and appearance of an ad but with the example I found there is no way it was a result of keyword insertion.
Unlike Google, you ads can stretch over 3 lines - is there no way of controlling how this space is used?
Can anyone help? Or is it just that you have no control over how you ads appear in the search results? I think this is crazy if it is the case!
Thanks everyone :)
