this is the second time I've done it. Is there an undo?

Not for the first time, I've gone to delete all of the keywords in a campaign and then afterwards realised I was actually at the campaign level and had just deleted days worth of adgroups.
Is there any way to undo this? I'm thinking not but would love to know.

You could try to download them on a spreadsheet and change the "component status" field from "Deleted" to "On".
Don't know whether it'll work, but that's the proper technical solution.
