Any news on a yahoo editor like the Adwords Editor?

I love Adwords Editor and after being frustrated with yahoo's interface I decided to not spend anymore time on it until they came out with something similar. I keep hearing rumors that it;s supposed to come out, does anyone know what the deal is?
