I've been trying for literally 2 years to even speak to someone or have somebody email or call me back about the Search Submit Pro program. Has anybody here ever successfully contacted anybody over at Yahoo that can point me in the right direction. I am flabbergasted that they would not want my business. I am looking to spend $50k/month on search advertising, but they don't seem to want it. Oh well, any help would be appreciated.

I would recommend you do a search for SSP-certified agencies and have one of them do it for you. Certified agencies get a pretty healthy rebate from Yahoo for paid inclusion spend they launch, and so perhaps they could do it faster for you and pass on some of the rebate to you.
