They have had that page up for a while and I have tried to fill in their form for more information 2 or 3 times - comes up with server error though!

When did that page go up? Curious because they didn't send out a press release on it.

I posted that page last month - don't know where, I can't find it! It hasn't changed since then - end of July, I think.
