Am I the only one that cannot advertise in Greece?

I've just started to build out campaigns on an inherited US and Canada account in order to target various countries in Europe only to realize that I have to set up another account just to target a bunch of countries in Europe. Ok so I'm not the sharpest Yahoo SEM in the toolbox and admittedly, much more comfortable with Google Adwords but hey, you live and learn...

I've just got off the phone with Yahoo after finding out that they do not offer search advertising in Greece, at all. I just cant understand why this would be given that Google Adwords allows you to target Greece without having to call anyone.

The customer service person had no idea why they couldn't offer advertising in Greece, oh yes, and Turkey.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
