Displaying foreign campaigns search results in the US

Hi All,
I’m based in the US, but I want to be able to manage my UK ads. With the current Yahoo/Overture target marketing, I cannot see our UK ads in the US. Obviously I do not want our UK ads showing in the US.

Does anyone know of a way to skirt the Yahoo system, and look at real-time search results of UK ads in the US?

I’ve asked Yahoo on a number of occasions, and they just tell me “it is what it is”. Great.
