Recently, I mean, one month ago, yahoo changed its YSM platform in latin amercia, it changed from terespondo to the new ysm.
During this time (one month), they:
- Havenīt assigned my money to the new account.
- Changed all my campaings, to something they belived was right.
- Dont answer the phone.
- Donīt answer emails.
- The 1 800 number is always busy.
- The campaing has been on hold for almost one month.
- Etc...
I have been trying to talk to people throug phone and sending email, but I donīt even answer the phone.
So plese, what would you do in this case of poor customer service?.
Do I have to support all this, just because it is the second best search engine in Mexico (15 % of market)?
