I log in, see the animation you get to indicate it is retreiving data, then I get the folowing message:
"An error has occurred while trying to retrieve the data. Please try again later."
The strange (very strange) thing about this is that it doesn't happen every time.
The Yahoo team have been less than helpful and have given up on this stating "We have looked into your account and we are unable to duplicate the error message you are receiving".
It has got to the stage where my clients are suffering as a result, and I am having to spend their media budgets in the other PPC engines rather than YSM!
Would you expect them to be more helpful given that fact...?
Until this problem started to occur I was spending $2000 each month with them - its down to about $200 now with the residue going to Adcenter.
The last time I spoke to someone they said it was my firewall, however it still occurred after the firewall was switched off so I don't know what to do now.
Tried that, didnt work. I've even tried it on a neighbours pc. Still doesnt work. I've been on the phone again to support who refuse to give me an email address to someone who I can escalate this to. The frustrating thing is that I have $700 in my prepaid advertising account that I cannot use or withdraw.
