The upload file you selected does not contain a valid header

Error when converting/importing AdWords campaigns

After successfully managing to upload a campaign exported from AdWords Editor, attempting to convert further campaigns within the YSM interface results in the error message:

"The upload file you selected does not contain a valid header"

Has anyone else encountered the same problem and found a solution? As far as I can tell the csv files which fail are exactly the same as the one which succeeded (both were exported in the same way from AdWords Editor). Thanks in advance.

After conversion and downloading the file did you open it? If yes, how did you saved it? You have to save it again as "Unicode" with ".csv" as the extension.

If this doesn't work, just download the sample file provided by Yahoo! and then move your data to that file and then upload(ysm_bulk_template.csv)

@YahooPete: Thanks for your PM. However nobody appears to have contacted me from the support department. In addition, the campaign which had been successfully imported into my account has now vanished completely!
