This is what our rep wrote me:
Currently we are having capacity issues with the Content Match server.
That means any changes made to the campaigns whether it is ad change or bid change may result in the account going offline ONLY for Content Match irrevocably. I would not recommend making any changes to the campaign. We are also not inviting any new advertisers to CM due to these technical difficulties we're having. Currently there is no ETA and the product is very vulnerable. You can try to lower the bids, but we will not be able to help you in case the entire campaign in CM will go offline as a result.

So, I can either keep loosing money or have the whole thing shut down. No optimization possible? The sad thing is that this is a big part of business for that account! URGH
Any ideas?
We have marketed many of our clients through Yahoo both in the US and internationally, we have had some decent results and some terrible results with the content network, the most frustrating part is how poorly the data is brought back... Keep plugging away with them and keep emailing. Some business is better than no business.
