so weird. I paused a few ads for 2 weeks. Un-paused them a few days ago and now getting 4 times the traffic and its all converting well too.

Has anyone noticed an increase? What has changed to cause this in the last 2 weeks?

It could be seasonal? Lots of people coming back to work after the summer holidays? The roads are certainly busier at peak times around where I live and work.

I have noticed an up-tick in my Yahoo traffic in the last 3 days. However, there are a number of reasons why your ads may be generating much more traffic now. Perhaps a competitor isn't bidding as competitively, or seasonality. Have you run a report to see your average ad position before you paused and after you paused? You should take a look at this as well!

i've noticed a HUGE jump in most of my campaigns across campaigns and even my accounts. does anyone know if yahoo changed anything over the past few weeks to account for this?

i know i haven't changed my bids, keywords or ads during this period. could it all have to do with changes from a competitor?

I just heard from a friend of mine. His traffic and sales have more than doubled too. Something is definitely going on here. A new search partner maybe?

Check through the stats, it might just be on a single keyword. I've seen it happen where a keyword that was getting 2 clicks a day goes to getting 500. Usually it's just a click fraud issue with a particular search partner of theres.
