Does Yahoo Have an Ad Preview Tool like Google?

Does anyone know if Yahoo has an ad preview tool that lets you see how your regionally targeted ad appears to someone who is in a different part of the country than you are?

I use the Google tool constantly.

Also anyone found any way to schedule ads by day of week or time of day?

I wrote Yahoo about a month ago and they advised me that there was no way to see my ads in other markets.
