Need Help? yahoo paid results

Dear friends...
I've gone through the yahoo paid results...It showed two results in a single page....same title...same description...in sponsor section...one ad is top right hand side....and another is at the bottom....why this is happen...any specific reason...and trick..i'm not getting that point...
Please clarify it...

I've noticed our ads appearing twice on the same page.

I think it happens when they do not have enough inventory for the particular search term so they just repeat the ads.

I believe the ad that appears on the top of the right hand column will always be the first ad at the bottom of the results as well.

I think it's because at that point they have to start repeating ads, and since they won't repeat the top 'featured' ads in the main column, they go to the next highest ad. Because of this I think there is really something to be said for 3rd position in Yahoo.
