Platinum channel?

why are they calling me?

They are offering my some type of Platinum channel help. Can someone tell me how I can benefit from this? Honestly I don't want anyone telling me how to run my business.

I am in the Platinum channel too and the advantages for me are a larger number of campaigns in the new system and a better service if you need something. I honestly manage everything by myself, but I don't see any disadvantage in being platinum, just more support options.
