How do I create sub accounts in Yahoo Panama?

I have a client who has about 50+ campaigns - but yahoo panama limits me to 20 campaigns - i am told we can create sub accounts and then add more campaigns under the sub accounts - can someone tell me how to do it? i tried all options but i could not see any menu option where it said create sub account. Panama help talks about sub accounts - but i could not find any place where it told me how to do it.

They did say that we can create sub accounts and add the campaigns there - any idea how to do that? I will anyways contact them and try it out again.
