clicks from location target searches

Our site comes up in searches that are more geographically targeted in Yahoo pay per click. Is there anyway to block out those hits.

For example our target keyword might be 'blue widgets' but we come up in the sponsored results for 'blue widgets in Kentucky's or any other location.

It doesn't do our website any good to come up in these results is there a way to avoid this in Yahoo pay per click?
