Well I should have known better.

Came back to Yahoo account just to see if there had been any improvement and see it it was worth another punt...

Tooks weeks to get a so called "Cancelled" account put back online and I put back up an old campaign. Yahoo set all the bids to $5.00 after it finally went back live. I spotted it a couple of hours later and yanked them all back down.

Did anyone spot a clause that said Yahoo felt it necessary to hike my bids up 25 times higher than they have ever been or did I miss something?

Yahoo, thanks for letting me know that you still cnnot be trusted.

Despite YAhoo petes offer to get help from Yahho and get a rep to call me it is now nine days and no reply from Yahoo.

I got an invite today to upgrade the account and that doesn't work either......

I also sent message about the tracking reporting 9 conversions on a day when I sent through a test purchase from a Yahoo ad. I only had 5 sales all that day and none shown in Yahoo for the search term I clicked on.

Yahoo nil points for follow through.

Sorry to be harsh but Yahoo is a total waste of my time.

Your only saving grace is that Google are even worse.

I don't wish to be discouraging but this is the worst customer service from any supplier to our business.

Exact thing happened to me TWICE - Yahoo said I was the only one who could of bid it up to max.

$300+ in OVERAGES, shooting my daily charges 90x over my daily spending limit before they stole $150 from my checking account.

Blamed me 100% and then refused to issue any sort of refund until I emailed, called, emailed, emailed, called, called, emailed, shouted.

I am trying to log in to my overture ads account but it is showing some system error like this "We're sorry. We could not process your request at this time. Please try again later. "

It is happening from friday,Do anybody else is also facing problem like this?
