I am used to the adwords technique to include all the 3 match types for every keyword and thinking how to implement the same technique in Panama.
Should I create Every ad group twice, once with Advanced match type, and second with Standard match type?
(So I can bid differently)
My aim is to drive as much traffic as possible but with decent ROI.
Also, I have noticed that even with Advanced match my ad are not triggered for all the plurals and misspelings, should I include those?

Unfortunately, in Yahoo, you cannot bid separate amounts for Advanced vs. Standard Match. Per keyword, you must either opt-in to Standard Match (alone) or to Advanced Match (which includes Standard). Each match type version is not a different entity like it is in Google.

You may have to add misspellings, but - in Yahoo - plurals should all be covered. In fact, Yahoo doesn't recognize singulars and plurals as different - making submitting both redundant... not sure why your ad would show for one and not the other...
