I need if there any API of yahoo which can help in search marketing like google.

I tried to but did not find anything Please let me know if there is any?

I want something which can help in placing ads on yahoo search.

Yes there is, (see here [searchmarketing.yahoo.com]) but you'll have to call up your Yahoo rep to get access.

But you will need to sign a contract with them to get sandbox and production access.
