Since the big overhaul, Is there any other way to see others bids?

Since it's basically a Google-esque system now, you can assume that bid is not the only factor in ranking, thus it makes little difference to see max bids. You need to include relevance and accept that you can't guarantee a certain position.

Manage adroitely to your own ROI goals and constraints, and what your competitors are doing won't matter one whit, no?
