Hello -
We migrated to the new system on Th last week. By Friday morning are bids were through the roof. I see some others have had issues, but not a lot of detail, so was hoping to get some more information. On our site for example, our bid on a generic term for las vegas that is usually set at 10 cents mysteriously wound up at $2 - setting us at no 1 and changing the whole bidding landscape.

Not only did this increase our ad spend exponentially, but this sent our kw spend through the roof - one of our CPA (costs per acquisition) stats was at $555 (normal is about $8 - $25).

(NOTE I know that neither our company or our ad agency changed this bid.)

So when we went to Yahoo they told us that it was something our ad agency or third party software errored on (we use a third party system called Atlas tags). Since it happened immediately after the migration and our agency never changed anything (Ie they did what they have always done and have never had an issue with) we know it is a Yahoo issue, not something on our site or at our agency but Yahoo denies any possibility of this and are refusing to refund our monies.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so what was your experience (do you know why it happened)? We could really use some help in making our case because as it stands we are out a tremendous amount of money that seems to be about 99% a Yahoo migration issue.

Thank you :)
