Today I heard that if you have the Yahoo SSP service then your listing will appear with the organic listing - - is it true...

Please guide me on this.

It is true...sort of.

While the program is true there is no guarentee that you will ranked any better in the SERP or even show up at all.

I've put over a million urls for many web sites into the index and it usually does pretty good for them in terms of both ROAS and rank.
