What is the reasoning behind disabling keywords. Is it that the text of the ad must contain words of the keywords? Supposed you have a sale on bicycles. Can you only have generic words, or can you have models like "Schwinn bikes", etc. Kind of confusing. What should you do with the disabled words? Put them in subcampaigns that specialize on that model?
