Geoposition says U.S. and Canada

Any way to get just U.S. only?

When setting up your campaign, it shows as U.S. and Canada. But I only want U.S. clicks. How do you change this to U.S. only?

You can't. Right now it's US and Canada together, you can't separate one from the other.

If you are in panama you can. Go in to campaign settings and select specific regions as your geo-target preference and select all of the US States.
