Need some basic/newbie advice

I want to launch a PPC campaign at Overture. I only want my ad to show when someone searches for a particular two-word phrase. Let's say the phrase is "blue widgets"

Can someone offer me some quick basic advice as far as using quotation marks in the keyword phrase, broad matching, negative keywords and other related terminology?

hey,,, in your case its advisable to use standard match in overture. Also you can use the excluded words option for adding negative keywords. Wishing you good luck..
