Server side errors in Keyword Managment Interface

Yes, it's been like that since at least 1AM UK time (12.5 hours).

same error i can see in my overture a/c
any one have idea up to what time it takes to rectified it....?
i can not see detail of money manager ,my balance, average daily click charge etc.

Yep going on second full day of outage. All these other PPC guys are really showing Google how it's done aren't they!

Called Yahoo - no eta.

They said we could use email to submit changes and they would make them. Does that mean I can use email to have them make changes on other accounts I don't manage?

Even I’m unable to get the details on the account from past 2 days. Wrote a mail to customer support & got this reply

“We apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that we are aware of the issue and are currently working on resolving the problem. As there is currently no estimated date or time frame for the issue to be resolved. We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding while we try to resolve the issue.”

Hope this problem get sorted as soon as possible.

This is getting ridiculous! I am still unable to update my keywords. I may just focus on Adwords for a while. I have very little patience for this type of thing.

It's just ridiculous that Yahoo can't even sort these sort of programming issues out in a timely manner. I mean it's ok for there to be the occasional error, but come on, more than 24hrs for such a major problem? You'd think they'd have a team of braniacs working on it and have it sorted in a few hours tops.

And we all spend our money with Yahoo, why again?

In the time it's been down they have lost 2 Billion (6.5%) in Market Cap, they could have bought YouTube for that!

Meanwhile Google has gained a percentage point in value.

Could Yahoo be a takeover target soon? More to the point, who would want them?

Yeah, a whole day now of "Please try again in 20 minutes" trying to bulk-upload new listings. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

But their system is still working well enough to email and remind me to replenish my balance. I think I might save my money for MSN instead.

The REALLY bad news here is that the more Yahoo & MSN screw up, the less competition Google has and the more the blasted click prices rise!

If you've been with GoTo, Over, Yahoo for any length of time you will know they have a history of programming screw-ups.

This does not bode well for the new interface.

These types of programming errors are so common with them (bad math, incorrect term identification, the ol' "new term" issue, etc.etc.) that they probably go straight from the programmers' workstations to live ... heck ... why bother testing something before you put it into production?

And, as others have noted here, whatever happened to the idea of rolling back a buggy program to the previously functioning version while they work out the problem?

Yahoo has the crappiest big-time programming on the web. Bar none.

Not to be rude but the site/functionality was down for what? almost 3 days and that is all you can say?

I would of hoped for some sort of PR type response with some high level detail/comment on what happened as well as an apology.

If our site(s) were to go down our customers would want to know a bit more as well. Only fair you give us a bit more to tell them.

Having said that: I do want to thank you for letting us know it was up.
