Edit Listing Bids

Is there a way to change massive bids in one or few clicks? For example, I have a few catagories, each one has about 700 hundreds of listings (keywords), how can I change the bids from one price to other (same bids for all keywords) at one shot? Thanks.

Hi clinyi,

Though I'm new to yahoo i'll try to help you:)

To change the bid for all the keyword in one shot, select the category for which you wish to change the bid, it displays all the KW list juz above the 1st KW box you can see a right mark key- click on that (it enables to select all the KW list) then click on bid options (down) click on Set one max bid for all selected listings (its the 2nd option in the popup box) and enter the desired amt then click on submit.

Use the upload feature where you can use an excel spreadsheet.

If you've never used it before, do both of these things:
1) try it on a small scale first, just to see how it works and learn about any potential pitfalls
2) call your rep and have a quick discussion about any common problems you may encounter.

I use the bulk upload frequently. Good luck to you with it.

All you have to do is enter the bid to the category in the main interface (summary page)
