When will the new Yahoo interface be launched?

It will be one of the happiest days of my life

Every second I spend on the current Yahoo Overture interface is such a pain. It looks like the system was designed to see how user-unfriendly it is possible to build a PPC interface.

When will the new one I hear so much about be up and running?

Thanks.

Yahoo calls it project "panama" - search for "yahoo panama" to get latest news stories.

A few months ago, it was announced that testing was going as expected and the rollout was delayed until after Q4 2006. Here's that story:

Looks like Panama is kicking in already. If you look at the Overture bid tool, some of the bids are now not in order of bid price....

Some of the bid prices look a bit odd and it's nice to see that Ebay get nice discounts on completely rubbish keywords :o/

Lady S,

I believe the non-linear bids is a result of different match types, not Panama.
