Did Yahoo shut down?

Hello? Anyone there? Is this thing working? Hello?

We've been trying to set up an acct at Yahoo PPC for two days. The new-accounts URL isn't working. The call-this-phone-number just leads to a whistling modem. I left messages with four sales reps. None were available, and not one has called back.

Hasn't anyone at Yahoo tested their own sales system?

They have finally just given up and started a new business in the home decorating business with Martha Stewart.

Everybody just close your accounts :-)

Another day, and still no calls from Yahoo's sales people.

That's quite a lunch break.

Hi, I also have been trying for a couple of weeks to sign into my account and it won't allow me to. When you email customer service they tell you to call a certain number which goes into voice mail. I even tried to set up a new acct. to see how far it would let me go and wouldn't take you to the next step. I am going to try and call them again today so I will let you know. Have a great day!

Yep, I'm having the same problems. I can't log into existing accts. However, this is computer-specific; my main computer can't log into Yahoo (it gives me a weird error msg), but another computer can log in.

I also can't create new accounts. Clients are waiting for accts, and nothing.

It's Friday. Four days without a return call or email from four different people at Yahoo. Not even the Yahoo person in charge of reading this list is replying.
