I have started a group of ads for TV Shows and Movie sales for my site last week and I have found that Yahoo is not authorizing my proposed ads, the reason mainly because of broken site or unacceptable content. I have placed ads copying exactly what many, I have to say it again, many other advertisers are doing and their ads show well in all search queries with similar keywords.
My site offers movies, games and books and in some of the categories there are some mature or erotic content, Yahoo has mentioned that the reason is because of the sexy content many of my listings ( with erotic but not too carried away, normal ) are not being accepted. Also because of the landing page shows the unacceptable content. my site [theinternetmostwanted.com...] as similar products and marketing concept as many other big online stores, however their ads show well in all queries related to the keywords I use. Now, the few ads accepted are not shown. Why is this happening? I don't any offensive words in the ads ( I use for example Pick 3 Adult DVDs from $9.99 - great selection, fast shipping.. ) No bad words, I even directed the ads to the main page which is nice and clean of adult content. I even have the same problem with TV shows ads. Is Yahoo waiting for me to pay a fee so I have to use their "experts who can recommend me a certain ad or budget? If I only stick to non mature ads, why or what can I do to have ads showing? I even have 3rd or 1st place in most listings, so money is not an issue.

I have to say something very important for many of us who use PPC as marketing of our products and services; I have been only using Yahoo Search and no Content Match. I don't really want to show my ads in "little pupo home movie page" I want to show to people who are in fact searching to buy movies, game or books using specific related keywords. The big question is, Is Yahoo trying to make me use content match so I get hundreds of clicks from people who click in their own sites to make a few bucks extra a month, or for people who land in a keyword rich page and click the ad just to get out of the page without even having interest in buying or looking at the advertised product? I want to stick to Search only, can anyone please help me, do you have similar problems or recommendations? By the way, I should mention that the similar issues happen in Google, exactly the same problem, I don't need to describe it again, especially in this section of the forum, in any case, any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
