Are they related to Goto.com or not?

Try these domains, as if you type the URLs wrong.

I cannot believe that these sites are in connection with Goto.com - do anyone know anything about this?

I think you will find that they are run by people who are set up as GOTO affiliates, ie., they generate revenue from search at GOTO's engine from their typalike sites. I did a whois but these two sites are owned by different people. In the process I found one they havn't registered, goglew.com, my typo this time.

There must be more of them around, however, I wonder if GOTO condones such sites?

Nah, leave it be. I'm sure we've all got better things to spend out time on than dobbing some one in. Besides, I am sure Goto know already from their referal logs.
