I noticed that in some case I'm first in the list when number 2 and 3 bids are the same. in other cases I'm number 2 when number 1 bid equals to mine. Anyone noticed that? How is it calculated?

The first person to bid the amount goes first.
As an example if you are bidding $0.18 and your competitor is bidding $0.17 he would have to bid $0.19 to get ahead of you. If he bids $0.18 he would stay behind you.
