Where do yahoo get their pay per click results?

Some of the results seem to be NOT from yahoo itself

Ok, basically when you search on yahoo for some keywords, you will see first all the listings from overture/yahoo (the same listings that you get when you put the keyword into the overture/yahoo bid tool).

But after all of those listings you see a few more listings that are NOT in the overture bid tool

Where do these excell listings come from?

They are most probably unpaid backfill from Inktomi.
