Wrong country on new account

I've just opened an account and think I forgot to select a country on the first page. Meaning USA was chosen for me instead of UK. Anybody done this? If it refers to the country the ads are served in, I hope they can change it for me. Because there doesn't seem to be anyway I can. Wow I hope my experience of Yahoo gets better.

As far as I know your ads will be shown in every country's search regardless.

This is my main pet peeve with Yahoo, no way to limit results to specified countries. I waste more than a few cents on useless foreign clicks.

Haven't heard back yet, but it looks like if we can't choose countries now, we should be able to do it with the new user interface and control panel due in the fall. Here's what they say:

Display your ads broadly or narrow your geographic distribution to better target your customers, customize your ads and control your costs.

According to YSM, my account established in the U.S. just goes to the U.S. and English-speaking Canada. So we shouldn't be getting served up internationally.

Because our search marketing accounts do not cross marketplaces, the default for your listings is to be restricted to the US and English speaking Canada. You do however have the ability to expand your campaign internationally by navigating to searchmarketing.yahoo.com/int.php or by calling 800.351.4165 for more information about our international accounts.

I received some reports to the contrary in this similar thread. You might want to have a look. They say that despite what Yahoo has told me, we are all getting clicks from many other countries.
