Yahoo declined my 1000+ keywords yesterday. Now I don't know how Yahoo decides which keywords should be declined. But sometimes the declined keywords will be accepted after I submit them again. So can anyone here tell me about that?

It depends on the reasons why the keywords were declined. Often if you re-submit keywords you will get a different editor who may approve them.

Yes, this is true, but totally abnormal. They should have a clear policy about this; maybe a "history" of the account would help

I had 50 keywords declined. I resubmitted them all, with the same listing and 10 were accepted. I guess you need to try again and again. There is no clear answer here, it's people and not all people think the same. Try to give it a rest for a couple of days between resubmission. Don't give up.
