Is using a competitors company name allowed?

I have a competitor who is always stealing my copy, photos, meta tags, etc. Now he is using my company name as a title for one of his PPC campaigns on Yahoo. Argggggghhh *&^%$£

Is this allowed? Is there anywhere I can report this? Will Yahoo do anything about it?

it is no longer allowed, tell Yahoo. They have recently begun removing competitor name listings.

Thanks lethalOr ... I rec'd a message from the Overture rep who said the same thing. I'm glad they are finally doing something about these scumbags! Lord its annoying!
