I have a landing page about "widget plans"

I submit a ton of keywords..for example, "florida widget plans". "maryland widget plans", "texas widget plans"

Out of all the "[state] widget plans" they accept all [state} widget plans except for a few states! LOL

And my content page does not go into individual states...However, there is a zip code button to check "widget plans" in all states...
