Located in Canada but no ads shown

Just opened an account in US markets, guess when overture askes where else do you want to show your ads, i didn't pick up Canada, so now I can't see my ads in my area - i am in Canada, so how can I change this? It doesn't make sense if the ads don't show in my area.

Worse secenario, can i cancel this account without losing money?

Since when does Overture allow you to designate where your ads will show up?

I would love to Geo-Target.

well when i first created the account, it asked where else do i want to show my ads, including canada, australia and many other countries. since i have another account set up this way and i can see my ads in my area normally, so i assume its that setup cause my current problem.
