Hello,
Depends on what your doing. I know alot of people on hear bad mouth Yahoo but I've been profitable with it. I can't get the traffic I get with Google but I don't see it as a waste of time at all.
But like I mentioned, it depends on your situation and your goals.

It may not be worth the effort and the time for you if you do it incorrectly, or you cut corners etc. or you jmust don't have the time (it can be very time consuming) If you don't have the expertise yourself you can always hire a consultant to set up and manage your account for you. This of course depends on your budget. Unfortunately it takes money to make money sometimes.
