Hi all, I am not an active overture user, i have 3 accounts for usa, uk and spain.

these have been dorminant for about 6 weeks.

I have decided to copy a successfull campign that I have running on adwords and try it out on yahoo.

i started to try creating the first category with its 100 odd keywords and it has been a painful experience. so painful that i have come here hoping some kindly soul will give me some pointers.

thanks in advance

Patrick

They have a spreadsheet you can upload. You must be spending a certain amount to have access to the spreadsheet. Not sure what the cut off is... maybe 1k a month?

It's a lot easier then uploading them manually. Even with copy&paste it can take forever.

hi,

yep, got a response from there help desk,

gold account gets the uppload facility.

to get gold oyu need to spend 6000 USD a year.

That is not a problem, but I wont to TEST the service first.

I tried manually, and got sooo frustrated.

I have asked if they can let me use the upload feature to upload the lot faster. Otherwise, I am not sure, I could spend my time on otherstuff and knopw the ROI beforehand.

just to post:

I sent a secon email to yahoo support.

they have allowed me to use the excel sheet thingiee to upload the whole campaign. Whci is very nice of them.

I should also point out that I run a couple of adwords campigns for clients here in spain that easily get gold account status. That helped a lot.

looks like i got work for the weekend.
