Hello,
Any questions I've ever had for Yahoo usually takes at least 3 weeks for them to get back to me. Then it's usually the wrong answer so it starts all over again.
Three week minimum. Give me a break. Does anyone else have this problem with Yahoo?

I spent 4 months trying to get a few simple keywords into a Swiss account, on the phone, emailing them...

It never got fixed, so now i place 90% of my budget with Adwords.

Yahoo has the worst customer care in the world - it's about passing the buck to the next person until finally you give up.

I am just as frusturated. I currently do all my business with Adwords due to the sluggishness of support. There are some excellent keywords on Google that remain untapped on Yahoo, but I can't even get an ad approved.

Anyone have their 800 phone number. Can't find it anywhere. What a surprise.

They usually get back to me within a day for e-mail enquiries. They may not give me the answer I want to hear, but they are quite quick.
