New bids not shown in SEs?

The title says it all.

I can see the new bids in the control panel but not on the SEs nor on the "view bids" tool.

I have been experiencing the same issue for several hours now. It started around 3PM Pacific for me, but I am sure this has been going on for longer.

Looks like they are now having the same issue they were having yesterday.

Not only that, for all that time I changed my bids, but my listing did not disappear, I was charged the full amount for the clicks.

I am a little upset about this since we only want our ads shown during certain periods of the day. We had 6 hours of clicks at a higher rate then we would normally want which resulted in about $110 more in charges for yesterday.

I really wish I knew what they were doing over there.
