Auto bid tool broken?

I tried many time to change my bids using the auto bid tool but no effect.

The tool seems broken for a few days. Emailed support but got a lesson on using the tool instead, LOL.

I've used many times in the past and it had worked then. So I don't need a lesson on this.

Do they read emails?

Auto bid doesn't work....don't waste your time.

I can confirm it is still broken. And even when it's NOT broken, it doesn't work correctly.

Without the auto bid tool, it is a nightmare trying to manually adjust your bids.

When will they wake up?
