Having problems reaching a "Platinum" customer service rep...

We've been trying to get in touch with a Yahoo search marketing customer service rep for a month now and still haven't spoken, or communicated with anyone. I'm just wondering if ignoring customers is a new trend with Yahoo or if it's just me. I've called, sent numerous emails, and still nothing. Has anyone else had problems contacting their "Platinum" level customer service rep? If you have, how did you deal with it and get a hold of someone?
Any help here would be appreciated.

I sent several emails to the Swiss team because none of my keywords were being added to the account, they didn't even bother to reply either.
I had to contact several departments and threaten to close down all our accounts ( we spend over $70,000 per year ).

After months the result was, i managed to get around 20 new keywords out of 250 into my Swiss account with a massive spend of around $0.50 per day...

I was able to add thousands of keywords into Google for Switzerland in just over an hour and now i spend all my budget there.

Overture have not got a clue... is it any wonder Google has taken over?

We've never had a problem getting in touch with a rep. They did recently inform us that even though we are spending well ino the platinum level that we've been downgraded to "gold" support because there are "other things" that factor into the level of service offered.

That's been the first really bad experience with Yahoo.
