My listings are pending for approval for a month without any action. I emailed them many times, but hardly get the exactly answer.

Is anyone know how to kick them ass, er... I am sorry, I mean how to push him to be quickly response to ypur requst.

I know exactly how you feel - we have had 90% of our listings declined for no reason both in German and in Switzerland.

We have many pending keywords that were simply ignored, it is as if they do not want our money.

Google Adwords is a much better system - most of our money has now been transfered into it.

Emailed them... they just pass the emails around, you have to repeat the same question over and over... knowone seems to know the answer - they will give reasons that when checked are simply not true.

Phoning them, they will give you the run around... passing you over and over to other people, eventually you realise that they are simply not interested in running the business.

I just tried to sign up for the new NL division.

They gave me a 50 Euro credit so I thought I would take advantage of it. I already have accounts for DE & UK.

I went through the set-up procedure, chose my keywords, selected my title, copy and URL and then tried to edit the keywords a bit.

That was a big mistake.

I got caught in a circle of errors that wouldn't let me continue. Fortunately I got back to a page with all my keywords on it so I could copy and paste them into Word.

I then had to log out, clear my cache and delete all Over cookies.

After logging back in I went through the whole process over again except now I had my list of keywords otherwise I would have lost a lot of time.

There are other problems with the system involving using the same title and copy for each ad but it's too frustrating to go through again here.

Now they are submitted - I would assume they will get priority treatment as it's a new account. We shall see.

AdWords are so much simpler!

Just an update on good ol' Overture.

Out of 23 search term submissions made on July 7 to Over NL they approved 5, denied 2 and 16 are still pending.

What really bugs me is that the two that they denied are our two best terms.

One is the area name for where we are located. The other is the country name. As we are a tourist location both of these terms are relevant and there are very few people advertising under them.

We also have these terms approved for years in the US, UK & DE. To deny them shows total lack of understanding. We have written support asking for a reason as none was given on the page.

Now I remember why I didn't take the time to do this before. I got sucked in by the Euro 50 gift. They also charged my account with Euros 50 so now my balance is Euros 100. If they don't approve the two denied listings this 100 Euro balance will get eaten by the minimum monthly charge as the other terms won't get me there.

Sorry to vent - I'm just PO'd.

Well... it's been weeks now and i have still been given no answer as to why my keywords have been declined in Switzerland... contacted support several times, even been told lies that they were duplicates - but when i checked they were not.
Last time i spent over an hour on the phone asking why only to be told that it must be some kind of error and to fill out a special excel spreadsheet - which i did and was told it could be 3-5 days before they were added. 7 working days have passed and no keywords have been added, i even made a point about the problems and asked them to email me if there was any problem with the keywords. I hear ... nothing
The company i work for is willing to spend £3,000 per month on Swiss keywords alone - currently i am spending around 15pence per day because they won't let me add any keywords.
I was able to add all keywords in Adwords in just an hour and have been spending the total amount allowed for my keyword list - around £30 per day.

Overture is so badly run it is unbelieveable.
