"....which is found at the bottom of nearly all pages within your account..." - ha! where is that? And how can I see it if I can't login?!
I could not find that support request form! Why not post a link to it in their email message!?
OK. Then I gave up trying to EDIT the keywords and started looking for HOW to DELETE those keywords that been cut by Yahoo! Nada. None. Can't delete!
Then I started looking on how to CLOSE my ACCOUNT. Nada. Then how to get the money back - nada.
Am I missing something? I like Google Ads and Adwords, but this Yahoo SM seems to be some kind of misunderstanding.
Once you log in to your account there is a link on the bottom of every page that will take you to a support area where you can fill out a problem ticket request.
Keywords can not be edited, only added or deleted. You could however change your titles to work with the Terms that they approved. Both the delete and edit can be reached by clicking on the terms in the DTC and then choosing the various option in the next screens after you click. or use the checkboxes and the edit button for numerous words at once.
My advice would be to read their help and tutorials found here: [searchmarketing.yahoo.com...]
