Have I been Banned by Overture?

Connection was refused when attempting to contact www.content.overture.com.

Just trying to figure it out but EVERY time I go to www.overture.com it gives me the following error:

The connection was refused when attempting to contact www.content.overture.com.

Any reason for this? I have been getting this for a couple months... and have not been able to get overture to load at all. What gives?

I love how when there are technical issue with their website they always say 'did you clear your cache and delete the cookies?'....I've been a web developer for 7 years; I think I know computers for dummies.

They get so defensive about how lousy their website is always saying 'were not having any problems'. I call back an hour later 'we're having problems'. And I'm like yeah I was the one who told YOU that your website is terrible.

Yahoo account mangers are very ignorant when it comes to computers, web servers, etc.
